The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was clean. Coffee and a vending machine were in the room. The staff provided great service and were pleasant and courteous during my stay. The hotel is situated in a magnificent location, close to the highway for easy access around Hagerstown.

The location was favorable and absolutely perfect, close to all the local stores and the freeway. The room was exceptionally clean and cheap, with a comfortable bed, a sparkling bathroom, and a well-working TV. The breakfast was included.

In a great area close to a town in Maryland, this place is well taken care of and neat. It's tucked away, giving a sense of privacy. Plus, there's a church called Tri-State Fellowship just 3 miles down the road! 🌳

I liked having continental breakfasts here that had pastries, waffles, and fresh fruit 🍓.

Conveniently Located, Great Value

I was just passing through on the highway and needing a clean place to stay for the night. Having stayed at a similar location before, I chose Microtel Inn And Suites. And I have to say, I was not disappointed. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. And the fact that they offer a continental breakfast was a nice bonus, even though they could use more seating. I would definitely stay at Microtel Inn And Suites again if I was in the area.

The largesness and prettiness of the room and the fact the window could open. It was a blessing to have a window seat.

We feel it's absolutely disgusting to not have toilet seat covers. Germs fly all over bathrooms - to toothbrushes, for instance. We've stayed at other Microtels, and there WERE toilet seat covers!
